Easy with Zoe and Farrah.
Felt knee the whole way around but it didn't feel worse when I stopped. Pain mainly on impact, not so much movement. Will see how it is tomorrow and go from there.
Really nice to get out of the house.

Speed Session with Zoe
4 sets of 3 x 200m on/off with 2mins standing rec between sets, followed by 4mins standing break before a 1km TT.
Good session, felt quite good though freeeezing!
Trying to keep 200s controlled and recovery fairly steady.
Felt strong in the tt, just ran and didn't look at watch and tried to keep cadence and form up the whole way. Fastest 1km ever that wasn't downhill!
Worried about knee but it was actually quite okay through the 200s. Did some extra stretching before the 1km which I don’t think ended up being a good idea, as it was so so sore for the first 200m or so that I almost stopped, but thought I had done so much I may as well just finish it. It warmed up through the rest of it but then again quite painful at the beginning of the warm down after waiting quite a while to start it for Zoe to finish her session. It seems fine until I start again after stopping. Going to take it day by day and hopefully I can keep running through as I rehab it. A bit frustrating that I get injured now when in good shape but I guess now is the best time because I can afford to take as much time as I need.
