Club long run from the shop.
Ended up by myself after about 2km because the rest of my group was going too fast and then too far. Really humid morning too. Tummy a bit funny, esp after drinking a little a few times.
Nice to run somewhere new though!

Intraining track session
8 x 400m with 200m easy jog rec.
Regrouping and in lanes with a split wave start to be a bit further apart.
Good session with a group size group today and just so nice to be running in cooler temps.
Pretty consistent with times, I think they were all a bit too quick but didn't slow down through the session so not worried. Didn't find it too too hard so nice to be getting fitter! Middle two a bit quick, got confused in the second about which wave I had started with so thought I was way slower but I was actually faster. But kinda good because it made me push harder in the next few.
Nice sunrise this morning, never gets old doing a session as the sun comes up with all the pretty colours in the sky.
