Mt Mitchell and Mt Cordeaux with Krystal at Cunningham's gap.
SO cool and amazing views. Track up to Mt Mitchell not the best condition, very thin and overgrown with rocks underneath so lots of concentrating but Mt Cordeaux was much better.
Will definitely be back.

Intraining track session
10 x 150m with 50m easy rec. 4min break then 800m tt.
Felt a bit tired, shoulders and chest cold and stiff and air seemed quite dry so found it a bit hard to breathe. Aiming to keep controlled in the 150s and then 1s faster each 200m in the 800.
Nice morning out, feels better with the cooler temps.

Intraining Speed Session
Rhythm kms x 6, with 600m jog rec.
Stuck to my plan almost exactly! Felt pretty good, a bit of glute stuff in the middle but was completely fine after the last one. Got reminded a couple of times to keep shoulders back, definitely needed it and it worked.
Maybe cheated a little with times because I was checking watch and slowing up on the back straight to hit the times, so would be good to try to run this session without it one time.
Really nice to have a cooler morning, first time under 20 degrees in so long!
