Cut the long run bc I got home from uni and it was already dark and also quite tired, even fell asleep on the bus in to uni today.
Need to sort out my training plan a bit better for some routine over the next few months.

Aim was for all at 4:25s but ended up a bit flat after the first one and the hills in the second really got me. Form needs work.
Decent though and a nice change of scenery.
