Easy over to slaughter falls and back.
Smokey and firey skies.
Out was a bit meh but feeling better on the way back.
Saw some of my club mates out there which was fun.

Rocks parkrun.
Stayed at target pace until almost half way, then died a bit. Very hot and air very dry and smokey so hard to breathe from the start. Stomach struggled towards the end too, almost chucked up at the finish.
Form needs work, goes real quickly and then makes me slow does even more and also need to stay relaxed. Can shave off a heap as I get this sorted as I keep getting told.
Fun out with heaps of the club running + provided zooper doopers at the finish yaaassss
