Easy pre breakky.
Quite warm out so nice to escape the sun on the trails for a little bit.
Allowed to run trails now yay but still need to be cautious esp on downhills but it’s better than nothing!!

Still tired so cutting the poolrun + strength I had planned so that I can be more productive the next few days.

2 x (200, 5 x 100, 5 x 20) with 3mins between the two.
1min rec after the 200s, 45s after the 100s and 20 after the 20s.
Good session, could tell I was tired in the second lot as times were a lil slower and form got a bit sloppy.
Half the pool was way warmer than the other today, bit weird.
