Easy along past the waterholes then up to the plateau, along the top for a bit then down home. A bit shorter than planned because I got home and then didn’t feel like going away again for another bit.
Got spooked by the old grottos by a group of motorbikes, I went down along the little track under the old farm to avoid them after seeing them on the top but then they were at the end of my track so I had to take another smaller track to get back up to the top. But they were riding up the old trenches and one came up just as I was crossing it, scary stuff. And then just wanted to get home quick after that.

Pyramid ints - 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 3, 2, 1 with 1min rec in between.
Felt pretty slow and just like I couldn't move of lift my legs at all, but pace seems to have been okay anyway. Wore too many layers too but didn't want to be cold warming down and route was a big loop so couldn't leave anything anywhere for later.
Went along a path next to an old railway line which was gorgeous, lush green grass and trees making an arch over the top. Sooo pretty. But then lost it before going into the village so the last bit was on the side of the road.
Really nice out and pretty trails make for a gooood day always.

Easy along the forest trails, meeting up with Willy + Swenley at a couple of points which was nice. Stopped at the grottos which was super cool and they gave me the full tour including the farm and all the old rooms and writing carved in the stone - so fascinating.
Underestimated how warm it was but it was really nice out there.

Good session, felt strong. Form still needs a lot of work but could notice difference in feeling when it slackened off so that’s a start. Breathing could’ve been better too, need to loosen up a bit so I can get more air in. But fun and pushing well so overall happy + was nice to get out and run along the water.
My horoscope in the paper yesterday told me I am super fit at the moment so that’s probably why I felt good!

Easy along a path beside the beach. All bitchumen which wasn’t great but at least the view was pretty. Trying to not land on my heels and stand up straighter, was mostly successful I think.
