Long run on Utö for Envol’s Christmas party.
Mostly on single track which was really pretty and cool along the water. Super wet and windy meant super duper slippery and was regretting not wearing o shoes but surprised myself only falling once.
Sauna after was niiiiice.

Easy around. Tired, need more sleep.
Above 0 today but cold wind and still some ice/snow on the ground which was pretty.
Lake was frozen so went for a walk out on the ice - super cool!!

Super cold out but pretty frost/snow and sun was nice.
My orienteering skills weren’t really happening, just couldn’t concentrate at all, wasn’t reading map and when I was I was reading too much/the wrong stuff. Feeling rushed and not in control.
Some controls were fine but 50% isn't enough.
In any case a good terrain run but it should’ve taken me 20mins less than it did.
Fun though!

5 x 1km with 2mins rec at the indoor track.
Just wanted to be controlled and not go out too hard like last week. Did my own thing when the others decided to go heaps faster and wreck themselves after 2 reps which meant I was alone for the 4th but was just checking splits with watch to keep it consistent. Felt a lot better than last week which was good.
Overall happy with the session.
