Easy around. Mix of single trail and tracks.
Got a bit bored/tired towards the end but otherwise just easy along.
Another beaut morning and so many people out enjoying the sunshine.
Views over the lake were aaaaamazing too!

Haga parkrun
Plan was to go out hard and pretend the run was only 3.5km then just hang on for the last bit. Didn't exactly follow this but it did get me to try to go out a bit harder. Was just trying to hang on to the two people in front of me but definitely slowed at the end. Didn't expect this time so that was a nice surprise, something's obviously working yay!
Beautiful warm morning and the leaves were so stunning.
Super enjoyable out!

KM Natt
Heaps of fun! Mass start so lots of people out which was good.
Plan was just to follow one of the older girls just to see how fast they can go through the forest but got dropped at #2 when I flipped over my map to check the number. Went to #3 but couldn't see the control and since I had already mispunched anyway because I skipped #2 just kept on going. Didn't find #4 either so decided to just go to #5 and reset from there. Got there at the same time as 2 of the others so followed one of them for a bit with the other of them until we got dropped (this time when I was flipping my map to the second half haha). Did the second loop tag teaming with the other one before I dropped her before we crossed to the other side of the road. Started to got a bit tired and sloppy navigation in the last part so lost a bit of time here. Definitely was a lot slower in running and navigating when I was by myself in the last part.
Lots of things learnt and lots of positives taken from this.
Overall super fun!

Easy around. Nice and warm and pretty leaves everywhere, lovelllllllyy.
Got into a good groove too which was nice.

5 x 1km on 5min cycle.
HR didn't register for the last 2 so not logging data but after 3 reps was at 182-186.
Felt stronger than last time, more focused and keeping better form.
Trail is exposed so super windy again but good to have to push through this.
Possibly could've done another one but would've needed a bit more rec time I think.
Leaves are turning all sorts of pretty colours at the moment, so nice!
