Okayish run.
Off the pace from the start though, just being over cautious, hesitant and not trusting myself and therefore not being aggressive. Was mostly okay I think but a bit wobbly and not super clean on any of the controls.
So down 2mins already by 4th control. Small hesitation on #5, not good exit direction and rushing so lost time on #7. Could've saved time going straight to the track after leaving #8 and then also had trouble in the circle going into #9 from not checking from where I was entering the detail. About a minute on this leg gone. Should've stayed a bit higher to #10 so that I would be on the right layer of cliffs and then was a bit hesitant and low confidence for the last few. Definitely need to read contours a lot more though and keep focus when other people are around.
But I think the main things are the hesitations everywhere and also the running speed in terrain because most of the race was fairly clean but still slower than the others.
Loving how nice the forest is, makes being out there so enjoyable!

DM Långdistans
Decent run, some good bits and some not so good.
Could've avoided the last hill and green/cleared bit on the way to #1 but only stacked it about 5 times on this leg so winningggg. Mucked up #3, knew I was almost there but things just didn't look like I thought they should so went back and started again more focused. Need to not rush out of controls. Didn't take a good route to #5, didn't have a plan and then it didn't go well unsurprisingly. A bit on an unnecessary curve into #6 and then lost a lot of time going straight instead of along the track to #7 because the running wasn't very fast. Third fastest splits for the next 3 controls! Then a little bit hesitant on the last two.
So mostly pretty clean but a few little things which could've saved a fair bit of time.
Really nice forest and day though so was lovely to run in.

Intervals with Susen along the 10km LL track.
1, 2, 3, 2, 1mins with 90 secs rec in between and 3mins between the two sets.
Really good sesh, was having to push to keep up because Susen always started harder than I did so was always a bit ahead. Struggling a bit to keep up good form and just feeling a bit weak in general at the moment so need to do some more strength to get better. Trail was so nice and pretty too and good to have some ups and downs too.

Easy around, kept changing my mind on where I wanted to go but ended up at the top of Hammarbybacken which was cool! And then saw a deer and two baby deers on the way home, so cute!
