Easy terrain run, first 15 through the forest "go east for as long as you can" with no map or compass just trying to hold direction. Was fine for the first 5 mins then lost concentration and stopped going in the right direction and made a bit of a squiggle. Fun though and a good exercise! Then just along the track to come home.

Easy around the forest and finishing with some strides.
Felt mostly good but a bit tired, hr was a bit higher than I wanted it to be - maybe from the warmth. Nice to be out and running and forest is so lovely I could stay out there foreverrr.
