ahr:155 max:186 shoes: Inov-8 X-Talon 212

O intervals at Braeside with Oli. We both had master maps so just grouped the controls into 3 groups and got them all. Took 5 mins recovery between each one set.
Weather was really nice to run in and map has really good runnability + visibility so I was trying to get good flow and exits.
Really good sesh - average pace improved on each interval and was good to get a fast o sesh in this weekend.

ahr:109 max:148 12c shoes: Inov-8 X-Talon 212

Putting out controls at Sandy Creek.
Was fine but got so sick of the hundreds of jumping cactus out there and tired + hungry at the end so was getting sloppy after mine had gone out and was checking the others.
Don't think I'll do a course tomorrow because today was quite a big day and I'll be out early checking a couple more and will have to pick some up afterwards. Also do not want to go back to all those cactuses.
