Middle at Golden Fleece.
Start was okay, end was not.
#1 was weird, bearing was off but was also the case for a lot of the others so not sure if me or something in the ground. Lost 10mins on #10 and another 5 on #11. Got distracted and went off line then couldn't fix it. Then just stuffed around stupidly on the rest because I was so angry at myself.

Mostly good, though the last part was quite sloppy and should've been cleaner. Need to keep head in it and not get distracted even when I'm tired.

Coles Bay training.
Cooked the first control - had a massive brain fart and went past it without it registering properly and then was super confused for a while. Krystal caught up and we went back and started again and ran the next bit together talking through everything which was really helpful.
Brain wasn't super in it and running was very scrappy which didn't help but was really good training all the same. Need to read contours and map better and do some more low vis training.
Hit my knee on a rock which was super painful. Iced when I got back so hopefully will be fine for the next few days.

Pittwater training with Krystal shadowing and talking through everything which was super helpful (thank you!!).
Started out super unsure but it got a bit better as I got better at interpreting things. Need a lot more dunes practise.
Fun but was super hungry the whole time.
Time not including stops to talk so elapsed time is closer to 1hr 12.

Chasing start at Curryjong Rivulet.
Starting just behind Zoe so had to be careful to not gun it from the start just to catch up to her.
Just ran my own race, kept my head in it and navigated well but was a bit behind myself which wasn't ideal. Made sure not to run too fast so that I didn't lose myself.
Was fun, nice to have some proper navigation in a race which was a bit of a change and nice to end the carnival with a win!
