Ran with Anna and did some map memory exercises on the last 2 intervals which was super helpful.

Toohey Forest training.
Was okay, start wasn't great because we couldn't find a heap of the flags and then I got super unsure of myself and my orienteering and kept second guessing everything. Did the middle loop backwards and was orienteering better and then the last bit was alright too.
Fun but super tiring!

4 x 800m at 5km pace (ish) with 400m float.
Wasn't the best at pacing this but was mainly going by feel because it was too dark to see my watch. Possibly started a bit fast but felt strong the whole time which was nice!
3:17, 3:23, 3:20, 3:23.
Could've done a few more but it was dark and I didn't want to do too much after being sick this weekend.

A lady walking her dogs had 2 pugs, one of which had a dark brown coat which is hard to see when its dark so she had attached little lights to each of them

Super easy.
