Centenary High
Krystal shadowing. Wasn't running very fast because I was tired and also had very little warm up. A couple of wrong route choices.
Need to take better (purposeful) looks at map and less frequently. Wasting time looking at map when I could be running faster.
Fun but definitely a lot to fix up.

Up and down Cootha via the hut.
Was feeling pretty tired and legs were a bit heavy from yesterday so not going too hard.
Sunset was nice.

Woke up super hungry and forgot to take HR.
Had breakky, back to sleep for a little bit then woke up and took it this time.
DOMS.

Stationary bike.
5mins warm up, 5 x 1min on, 1min off, 5 x 30s on, 30s off, 5mins cool down.
Fun but tough.

Easy around. Went for an explore and was pretty stoked to find an trail with awesome views all the way out to Maroon!
Working on how my feet land + form etc. some progress but need to work out how to switch on glute muscles.

Easy yog seeing how I felt.
Not too bad but was going very carefully and trying to be as steady and light as possible.
Was so hungry and had hardly any energy and stomach felt gross in general.
Breathing wasn't great, never seems to cooperate when I wear the HR monitor. Felt a bit clogged up in general though.
Nice to be out though!
