Easyish run around the place in the dark and rain.
Fun but there was soooo many cane toads out!
Wanted to get something decent in before tomorrow and the next little while. Felt pretty good.
Trying to keep shoulders back.
Felt a lot better afterwards.

Easy nightnav at Mitchelton.
Felt super slow and heavy and running was sloppy. Probably from the heat and eating too much beforehand. Think I would've felt better if I'd run faster and better though.
Phone gps cut out on the way to the 120pt control and in didn't register and after that the rest took some time to register so was having to stop at almost every control and wait for the beep.
Fun though and pretty sunset.
