Stones Corner parkrun
Not pushing too hard because of the heat and humidity.
A bit annoying that I seem to be getting slower each week but I know that once the weather gets better so will my times.
Shoulders were high and tense from the start so breathing was quite tight and shallow the whole time.
First time running this course and probably the last - not a fan. Too many people going both ways as well as heaps of bikes, and having to go single file through the underpasses, over the tight bridges and around sharp corners. So limited overtaking options and you basically just had to sit behind whoever until there was a gap beside the path. So flatter than my usual but not necessarily faster and definitely less pleasant than running alongside the river.
Made me realise how lucky I am to have such a nice home parkrun though!

First few were okay but definitely crashed in the last two not only physically but also mentally and just couldn't push myself.
Running form needs work but also not a huge fan of the gravel path.
Good to get it done though and lots to improve on.
Sunset was fiery!

Easy, just needed to get out by myself for a bit. Felt a lot better afterwards.

10 x 1min hills with 1min jog down rec.
Stomach was feeling pretty full from lunch and starting to be a bit yuck so wasn't super enthusiastic for this but got it done.
Mostly pretty consistent, when I was thinking about other things I was faster uphill than when I was thinking about running up the hill.
Was going to do 15 but it was getting quite dark and I didn't want to go home through the forest when it was dark so stopped at ten. Knee is feeling a bit funny so its probably a good thing I ended it there. Going to stretch tonight which should loosen it up again.
Good sesh though!
