Relay training, running second after Winnie. 34:57.
Really fun, fast course in the best parts of the map.
Mostly quite good, was a little off on a few of them mostly too high/low which cost some time. Also lost a fair bit of time from the lantana on the way to #12 and I wasn't thinking straight enough at the time to see that I was going to be fine anyway. Talking about it afterwards made me realise how stupid I was being and overthinking it a lot and making it more tricky than it should've been.
Heaps of fun though!

Was going to run this morning but time just disappeared and was filling in for a rehearsal and wanted to feel 100% and not fall asleep during it. Regrets for not running though, the rehearsal was a lot less intense than expected.

Was feeling super pumped up to go out running this morning and was dressed and ready to roll but checked the time and was supposed to be leaving for uni, so I had to run when I got home this arvo.
Was a lot less pumped to go out and didn't feel nearly as good as this morning but it was nice to be out. Just took it super easy.
