Okay run but was struggling to push, especially in the last part.
Lost time on #10 where the control was in the wrong place (and so was I) and then on #17 where I got really confused and should've just stopped and looked at the map for 5 seconds instead of just running without thinking. Was a bit off on a couple of other controls too, just am generally not clean in the circle - something I definitely need to work on. I think the heat affected me a fair bit both physically and mentally. Was good to run the second half with Winnie though.
Hurt my right foot on something and it was really sore during the warm down so I think I will keep off it tomorrow because it will probably come up bruised and also don't want to make it worse.

NightNav at Auchenflower.
First time using the phone app and my phone didn't work so left about 10mins after everyone else so I was pretty much by myself the whole time. Took me a bit to get into it as I was unsure of whether it was working, but I really liked using the app, definitely making everything about nightnav easier for organisers and runners.
Wasn't pushing too hard and just having a nice run. Good fun.
