Sand dunes at Gold Coast spit.
Super hot and just not thinking enough, so a very average run, but learnt a lot and about what I need to work on at the moment.

Recoveries were between 2-4 mins.
Really good to run with someone, felt quite strong and waaay better than last week. Still had a bit of energy left at the end, so will push more next time.
4:00, 4:01, 3:56, 3:53 (approx times - need to work out how to customise the laps on my watch)
Need to work on staying relaxed as well.
