Missed most of the good bit of the sun rising because we spent too long being indecisive and worrying about the lighting we could see before we actually left. Still nice pink clouds though!! 100% worth it!!!

Added extra core/glute/leg strength stuff to the stretching/physio I've been doing.
I liked this felt strong and good, and it was nice to have some company.

Easy jog. Stomach felt a bit yuck and legs were slightly heavy after strength so wasn't pushing. Hips were just achy but not too bad. Stopped to stretch them out at one point.
