Good run, always such a nice place.
Ran straight past #8 and took me about 40 secs of thinking that something was wrong before I found it. Had lost focus at the time which caused this. Didn't have a good route to #9 or #10 planned, which slowed me down a bit. Otherwise all good.

1500m on the grass track at school.
Not adequate warm up or food beforehand made for not a great race.
Grass kept flicking up into my face from the girl in front's spikes.
