Have a bit of a cold so taking it super easy, really don't want it to get any worse

Decent run, though I think I should've maybe done a better warm up.
Wasn't in the run mentally though, just not focused or motivated enough.
7th by probably about 50m I'd say - I should've run harder in the last few 000m to catch the girl in front.
Slow on the hills - definitely need to do some work on that.
Happy enough though
