It was dark when I got home from uni so this was just on the treadmill. No hills but good for keeping a consistent pace.
Was meant to be 2 x 7 mins but I felt really sick during the second one so stopped early.
Lesson: don't eat most of a pizza before running! It was good pizza though, so no regrets
