Bleh - felt pretty sick the whole time and just not very enjoyable.
Longest run in a long time.
Up past the reservoir, along the forest to a park then around to another park then into the forest to the hut, halfway up Mt Coot-tha then back down and right through to Merri Merri park before back through to ironbark and past the school before up then home.
