An easy jog with the dogs. This was going to be my warm up for a run but my knee started hurting and I had very little energy so decided against it.

Easy jog. Got cut short because I ran into mum and the dogs and decided to walk home with them.
Garmin was taking forever to load so didn't use it. Time + distance are just estimates.
