Nice day and area. Relays are definitely my favourites.
Really good run, probably expected for a moderate course. Wishing I had run up though.
2nd fastest time woo!

Australian Long Distance at Chapel Flat.
Very nice course, very enjoyable. I'm really liking the gold mining.
Was doing so well, if only I had known. Only made 2 small errors which pushed me down 5 places total poo. An awful bearing to #6 found me near a different gully/watercourse and me being stupid to #7 and not listening to the little voice in my head telling me not to be distracted and go that way lost me about 5 mins total. why why why
Still pretty happy with my run though.
3rd Aussie, 8th overall.

Australian Sprint Championships at St Patrick's College.
Alright run, just totally wrecked and couldn't manage to keep running at a decent pace. Only time loss apart from lack of running speed was going to #1, where on the map the red line went straight through #11 and it was difficult to see the second 1 so I was heading there and was almost at #11 when I realised and had to change my route. Very confusing. Also, I should've exited the map change control to the right instead of the left as it would've been quicker.
4th Aussie, 9th overall.

Much much better run than yesterday, really clean, only thing that slowed me down was speed - I was feeling pretty wrecked after 5 days running. Made a point to nail any controls in the same areas that I had mucked up yesterday and ended up nailing them all so super happy.
3rd fastest time woo!

Australian Schools Individual at Sandon Forest.
Nice area, really open and vague with very fast running speeds. This course was another runners course and I found myself very tired right from the beginning and not able to run at a decent pace at all. Minor time losses were #1 and #6, though pretty much every control was pretty slow and slogish. Screwed up #3 and wandered around for a bit before just heading to the track and starting again. Going to #12 I was being stupid and found myself following the fence around for about 1km more than the leg should've been. gah
Overall a crap run.

Schools Sprint at Federation University.
Decent run, pretty happy with it. Time losses are from running speed in general - starting to get pretty tired, and not being able to read to much detail at once, as well as not being able to make the best decisions in so little time. I took a silly route to #4, #8 and #9 and lost time on #11 debating whether the fence was crossable and what was olive green. Total time loss probably adds up to 2 mins, if you include time taken from my slow running speed.
Mainly a runners course with not too much tricky navigation but still a nice course.
