Pretty crap run, was really tired and was stuffing around a lot and just couldn't get myself to run much. Biggest errors were #4 and #9 where I wasn't that far off and ran past the controls but didn't see them and had to go back after I'd realised. Mucked around a bit going to #10 but I knew that I was going along the wrong watercourse but decided to check it anyway.
There was also so much lantana! And it was everywhere so there was no way to avoid it and I got so scratched. Can't say that this was very fun.

Couldn't really get into it - felt pretty tired but still a pretty good session. Up and down a long hill and then 5 reps of a short, steep hill, then back up the longer hill twice then home.

Was going to go for a run but the pavement was really slippery after the rain so decided to play it safe and not risk falling/injury so close to auschamps.

Should've eaten more before I went out - stomach felt really empty and had 0 energy.
Tried to run faster to get home before the storm but ended up getting wet anyway.
