At Anzac park. Felt really slow and lethargic. The first half was straight uphill so it took me a while to get into it - definitely picking a better route next time I run around here.
Feeling pretty motivated after watching the NOL races online this morning, would've been nice to go down there for them.

5 x 300m with 1 min walk in between. Pushed myself and it felt good to be running hard again.
Each interval was about 1 min and 10 secs and about 315m long, making the average pace without the walking 3:47 min/km
One of my friends suggested that running on concrete a lot could be making my knee sore so this set was on the oval at Chapel Hill SS. Knee didn't give me any trouble so that was good.

Knee was a bit better today but started to hurt towards the end so I finished earlier than planned and did a longer warm down.
