Oceania Relays at Benbullen
Really great run today - nailed all the controls.
Starting to get hot when I left so I went slower at the beginning to not exhaust myself quickly but at the end I wasn't really tired so I should've pushed myself more. Knee was giving me a bit of trouble though as well. Time-wise only Danielle and Lauren were infront of me. Really liked this terrain though not so keen on the mud in the marshes.

Oceania sprint at UTAS in Launceston.
Was pretty slow getting into orienteering mode, causing me to take silly route choices to #2, #5 and #11. Also had trouble finding the track on which was located #4 and to find it I had to take the long way around, losing another few seconds.
Overall not such a great race due to the heat and these silly errors but still alright. Got lots of fresh berries at the markets this morning which is good!
