3 x 1km uphill and a stair run up from the most easterly point to the lighthouse. First 2 x 1km from bottom and third from half way with bigger gradient. Hill rep about 700m.
Felt pretty good, but breathing is still a problem, feels high and tight and sounds wheezy all the time. Form needs work too, esp glutes.
Long recoveries and gorgeous sunrise views over the ocean, was a really nice run!
