Handicap ladder of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1km with recoveries of jogging to the next start and waiting for the handicap so a bit random time wise (3, 6:30, 9, 8:10 ish mins)
Struggled in the 4 and slowed a lot to the end because I was handicapped last for that one because of a shuffle. Breathing was very high and tight, not good.
Really fun session!
