Was having a shit day and needed to burn off some energy. Put this off as long as I could because of the heat, but I eventually just had to get out.
Some of the forest has been burnt out, making for really nice running, so will hopefully get a change to do some good training there soon!
Foot was sore from the start which made me even grumpier but just tried to ignore it. Going to be really careful with it, definitely don't want a repeat of last summer.
Wish it had been okay and I could've stayed out longer. Felt a little bit better after this.

Tired and struggled to keep up good form, but I felt a lot better after this.
