Easy loop up to Sponds. Feeling ok.

Fell group. Wanted to get out this evening because we don't often get to Mam Tor and it's a good venue, and also because I wanted to soak up all the praise you get after doing a Hard Thing *shrugs* also to see how the legs/feet are given they'll be getting another beating on Saturday.
Conclusion - pretty good actually. Whilst my feet have a load of suspicious looking wide red lines where the trenchfoot indentations were, actually they didn't feel too bad. Was able to run up the whole of the Hollins ascent too so quads ok as well.
Nice evening to start with and then heavy drizzle and a bit of wind later.

Only left the house to goto a house viewing about 5 mins walk away. Spent about 4 hours on the PB writeup (so I hope you liked it) and ate a whole tiramisu.
