Running - Road/Track hills (Cusco) 39:39 [3] 6.23 km (6:22 / km) +203m 5:28 / km
ahr:151 max:162

Getting used to the altitude; not affecting me as much as expected (but then again, only just arrived).
Basically up a hill, down again, then a bit of faffing trying to find the hotel.

Would make the best city for an urban I have an l ever been.

Running - Road/Track (Run with Susie) 52:30 [1] 6.69 km (7:51 / km) +75m 7:26 / km

Absolutely amazed to find someone in the group who actually wanted to come running with me.
Suspect I will propose at some point.

Fairly sedate pace, down to the sea, along and back, then up again. Muggy.

Orienteering - Urban race (York) 33:50 [5] 7.51 km (4:30 / km) +52m 4:21 / km
ahr:150 max:170 shoes: Adidas Adios 3

Another 2nd place behind Leon #standard
Very tentative at the start making sure the steps I could see were definitely the ones required to cross the bridge, and then on 2 ensuring I was definitely going to the correct side of the uncrossable as the control desc was a bit misleading (although entirely correct) and so was 30s down already. Again, tentative on the next long leg being careful to end up on the cycle path and not a road to nowhere.

But largely did the sprint sections well and the rest of the course too with just one more hesitation on 14 again ensuring I had a viable route.
Not really annoyed annoyed about these - I think what I need to work on is using the long dead running legs to plan the future complicated bits. But whenever I've tried to do that in the past I've just lost where I am and missed junctions. Practice makes perfect I guess...
