Good run, only lost about 10s not visualising in enough detail and overshooting a junction.

Orienteering - Forest race (British Sprints B Final) 20:02 [5] 4.32 km (4:38 / km) +66m 4:18 / km

Much worse than the heat. Some bad route choices near the start, but pretty much held it together, then was actually running prey well and won 3 legs.
Then there was a junction I hadn't visualized right and rather than slowing down and checking it I kept going - the right way but with low confidence, then stopped early thinking I'd gone too far but actually was about 20m too short. Lost an unforgivable 30s on this leg dropping from 6th to 8th. Frustrating.

Pain pretty intense by the end; probably shouldn't have run this weekend but didn't know that in advance :(

Wow that was tough; release 103 is hard.

Shin pain is more of a dull ache now...progress. Jogged about 30m from car to gym which was just about alright...
