Brisk-as-I-could-mange cycle from home, through Torrence and Lenzie to the roundabout by the motorway and back via Kirkintilloch, Torrence, Dobbies roundabout, and Bearsden in 99:10 on a very sunny Sunday lunchtime.Tired legs by the end.

Sweaty Strength and Conditioning session with R via Zoom (it was the session that was via Zoom, not R!).

Cycle to foot of 356 Trig.

Terrain Run 1:10:15 [3]

Up to cairn then through the new felling and new roads on the north side of the 356 trig to Dunellan before retuning via the bunker on the south side of the 356 trig in 70:15 on a warm and sunny evening.

From home up the main road to Carbeth then through Strathblane and up Old Mugock Road and home through Milngavie on a very warm evening in 66:52.

Mixed Terrain Run 58:40 [3]

From home to the top of Baljaffrey Woods, the round the back of the Mains Estate, and back home via the Craigdu Wedge on a very warm and sunny evening.

Gentle evening cycle through the bottom of Mugdock and back via Milngavie with R.

Cycle to foot of 356 Trig.

Terrain Run 56:10 [3]

Clockwise loop (i.e. the "wrong" way round) of the 356 Trig in 56:10 on a warm and sunny evening with great views from the top. Overtaken by another (older and faster!) runner on the climb, and chatted (in a suitably socially distanced way) at the trig point and the cairn.
