I'm going to log this as orienteering but I was on chasing camera duty again. A bit easier than yesterday as its urban at Railroad Park and into the Baseball stadium so pretty cool and different space for it! Boy, everyone is fast! I had to follow the leaders then a few others over the same section then had a breather before the next leg running came round and I really needed it! Really good fun though and would definitely consider doing it again. Fell again today and skinned my knee.

Doing actual running camera today in the Forest at Oak Mountain State Park. Very humid in the trees and drank a LOT of water today. Basically followed 70+ runners over the same section with one control in it. A great interval session! Was good fun but had a problem with the cable connecting the camera and backpack so had to run back to the OB van to get a new one just at the start of the women's race. Also managed to take a good tumble and got a nice cut on my torso and bash on the chin for it too.
