Running warm up/down 11:14 [3] 2.1 km (5:21 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 Bare Grip 200

Orienteering race 52:03 [5] 9.16 km (5:41 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 Bare Grip 200

Easter Day 4, pretty clean race. I overran number 5 which was a tricky control in vague stuff and I couldn't really find any attack point for it at all but at least I corrected quickly. Other than that I was happy, it was a fun map and I just managed to hold onto my overall lead which was nice.

Running warm up/down 16:42 [3] 3.24 km (5:09 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 Bare Grip 200

Orienteering race 1:13:51 [5] 13.13 km (5:37 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 Bare Grip 200

Easter Long, not my best race but I stuck to my plan so happy with that. I went out there knowing that I didn't need to have an incredible race, just a safe one and I did that. Took pretty conservative route choices with a lot of aiming off and was pretty clean. I lost contact a bit in the vague stuff on 14 and lost a bit of time there but I think a few others had trouble there too. Overall I was pretty happy, although I don't think an easy flat long distance like this was every really going to suit me too much.

Orienteering race 37:07 [5] 6.2 km (5:59 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 Bare Grip 200

Easter Middle, another really good race. Strong in the first section in the spur gully stuff and then stayed really clean through the erosion gullies. Made one small error going up a parallel gully that also had a flag in it and also was a tiny bit off in the circle for number 10, other than that good.

shoes: Asics Gel-OS Racer

Orienteering race 16:39 [5] 3.95 km (4:13 / km)

Easter Sprint, really clean race and so happy with how it went, particularly the school section. I knew I was in pretty good shape but didn't expect a result this good, especially as I hadn't really been focusing on sprints in my training.
