With Brodie at Monash. Did a solid 9:51 3k in the tempo then backed it up with some consistent times for the pyramid. Felt like Brodie and I were working together well tonight, I tended to pull away from him at the start of each rep but then he'd work his way back so that we finished most of them roughly together.
