Run with Andrea from Alva. Woodhill, Ben Ever, Ben Cleugh, Andrew Gannel, down to Tilly and finish at Farriers. Felt quite good going up Woodhill and Ben Ever. Very hard work on climbs up Ben Cleuch and Andrew Gannel due to deep soft snow. Realised running late at Tilly so legged it back to Farriers.

Orange course at Callander Park. Didn't do quite as badly as normal but feeling very tired from my run so a bit slow. Took Hanna round the yellow as a warm-up.

Run from nursery up to Beecraigs and back. Bit of a struggle today and felt like I was running in slow motion. Maybe not fully recovered from illness just yet. Still it was great to get out and wasn't even raining.

Took waking up during the night absolutely starving as a good sign so thought I'd try a short jog. Felt surprisingly ok apart from sore stomach muscles.

Beecraigs run from nursery. Had planned an easy run but very cold and wet so ended up running faster than normal to try and stay warm. Will try again tomorrow.
