Walk from the house up Fisher's Brae and back by Fisher S descent. Couldn't believe it when I saw the path all the way up Fisher's Brae had been strimmed, which didn't happen until late summer last year. Knackered back from chopping bracken for nothing but good it's been done. Lovely morning for a stroll.

Short run along Avalon Gardens, round the private road loop, and back to test the back and thankfully all ok. Very pleased how quickly it's improved after being chronic on Friday.

Back got worse every day from Monday. Was pretty much chronic trying to walk the mile into and back from work to car, very painful. Sitting down for long periods definitely the issue.
