Road Running 1:11:31 [4] 10.2 mi (7:01 / mi) +300m 6:25 / mi

Run up Avalon Gardens then out to the Fisher S climb, Airngath Hill to the monument, down the road to the east then back towards Bonnytoun to pick up the steep climb up the field, over Airngath hill again and back via Fisher S and did Parkhead short climb on the way back. Good hilly road route (apart from field climb). Did the Fisher S and field climb fairly hard. Overall pace quite hard too. Fairly cool & breezy. Running OK.

Road Running 26:56 [2] 3.41 mi (7:54 / mi) +50m 7:33 / mi

Ran along Avalon Gardens, Braehead, Kettilstoun & back. Wasn't feeling very energetic so decided just to keep it short & easy.

Road Running 50:03 [3] 6.6 mi (7:35 / mi) +140m 7:07 / mi

Avalon Gardens, Braehead, Williamcraigs, Golf Course out & back. Another blue sky morning and a frost. Felt OK. Been tempted to introduce a harder session through the week but hilly runs seem to cover it for now.

Road Running 46:33 [3] 6.27 mi (7:25 / mi) +160m 6:53 / mi

Avalon Gardens, Parkhead Hill, Fisher S climb to top of the brae and back home from there. Another cracking morning. Didn't see a single car on the country road section (over 3 miles of running).

Road Running 48:44 [3] 6.45 mi (7:33 / mi) +200m 6:54 / mi

Williamcraigs double hill out & back plus golf course view point out & back. Another nice sunny morning. A few more folk on the Williamcraigs road than normal (normally pretty much no one!). Legs felt quite good.

Road Running 46:54 [3] 6.38 mi (7:21 / mi) +180m 6:46 / mi

Run up Avalon Gardens, Parkhead hill, Fisher's Brae loop anti-clockwise and back via Parkhead hill. Decided to try it out as a new morning run after yesterday's walk round much of the route. A good quiet option with plenty hill and nice views/countryside. Another frosty morning.
