Out and back on Williamcraigs double hill, a full lap of the golf course, then last climb back up the golf course before heading home. Ran fairly hard with some unstructured harder sections. Felt really good, best I've felt in a very long time. Think 7 weeks of isolation from germs is paying off plus a good consistency of training. Helped that it was another cracking morning, just warm enough for t-shirt. Certainly won't be rushing back to work in the office.
