Thought I'd give it another day since no rush to get fit for anything! Did loch/grange/Fishers Brae loop again. Jogged down Fishers Brae.

Lungs not quite clear enough for running so went a brisk walk along the loch, then headed north up a path towards Grange, a climb I'd never been up somehow (thanks to James H for the idea!). Back via Fishers Brae. Really nice loop, must do it as a run soon.

Cough/lungs slowly improving. Cracking day so went a nice lunch walk up the John Muir way towards Bo'ness and back. Good views out towards the Ochils from the top.

Cough not great so rest day. Couple of local walks instead. WFH to avoid other people's germs ironically!

Run from the house up to Hill House and back. Did east loop on the hill, path was very wet muddy downhill. Windy but dry. Lungs not bad running but got catchy cough.

Inchyra hills with the FVH kids Hanna, Eilidh, William and Evie, as well as Tracey. Had a niggle from lunges on Sunday so good tester and felt OK.
