Ran from the house to the south side of the Loch, onto the canal, then cut of up to Parkley Craigs. First time I'd ever run up there and stunning morning to do it. Cut back to top of Linlithgow and back via the canal. Very cold, - 5C at start, but nice and sunny. Took it steady. Starting to develop a bit of a cough.

Run from the house up to Hill House via the canal and back via Avalon Gardens. Still around - 2C but nice for running. Very wrapped up. Still taking it fairly steady though lungs still clear.

Session out & back k on the cycle path - 8, 6, 4, 3, 2, 1min (90s after the 8 & 6, 1min after others). Been feeling pretty rubbish so was in two minds about doing any of the session. Weather was rubbish too, steady rain the whole time. Luckily Cameron was down so ran with him, and kept steady/relaxed. Job done.
