From the house up to Cockleroi and back via Hill House. Felt pretty sluggish in first half, a little better on the way back.

Some warming up and down with the FVH kids. Took them for a Cross Country session, 8 x a hill loop with varying pace on different gradients from rep to rep. Good session.

Run up to Beecraigs from home then a loop via Cockleroi, Guthries and Loch CP, finishing at the visitors centre.

Session from Warriston through the park and up psycho path, and back -
8min (90s), 4 x 2min (1min), 8min. Turned at end of 3rd 2min. Fairly solid session. Committed to a decent pace on the first one and found it tough to hold it by the end. Slight uphill until the turn is tough. Andy started pulling away in second half. John H was well ahead, and Rob miles ahead! Decent work out.
