Brisker run than yesterday to Cockleroi and back, the direct route via hill house. Raining for first 10mins or so then brightened up, though very breezy. Can’t say I felt that good, but good to push the pace a bit.

Session round Warriston Triangle - 8 x 2mins (1min). Legs definitely not moving that well at the minute. Decent session, albeit quite slow. Ran with Cat though she was pulling away in second half (her getting faster). Just need to keep training away to get some speed back. Past two months been poor in terms of consistency.

Few aches and niggles so rest day. Nice walk from Blackness along the coast towards Bo'ness and back with Tracey. Also coaching kids at run, jump, throw now (the run bit only!) so did a fair bit of running about.
