Run to Cockleroi and back via Hill House. Fairly mild and very windy. Took it fairly easy.

Note

Went to Stirling XC with Hanna. Not as good a venue as Edinburgh (though much easier to get to) and course a bit tame, but, great the event has stayed in Scotland and very inspiring for Hanna. Very enjoyable afternoon.

Run from Alva Glen round the Bengengie route - Wee Torry, Bengengie, Bengengie Wall, direct up to Craighorn traverse, Ben Buck, Ben Cleuch, Ben Ever, The Nebit and back. Ran with Angela. Windy from the west but fairly mild for January.

Run from the boulder up the bog, haddie, nether, tourist descent, dasses and crags to finish. Ran it fairly hard (tempo-ish) since it was a solo outing, so no rests. Wee bit muddy but not too bad.

Session round Warriston triangle - The TED - 3 sets of 3, 2, 1min (1min recs). Decent session. Pace felt quicker than stats, though sharp corners affect the stats. Running with Andy & Stuart (Macleod). Nice day for it, cool & sunny, though a bit of a headwind in places. Turnout of seven so decent start to the year.
