Run in Beecraigs from the visitors centre to Cockleroi, Witchcraig, Guthries, Loch and a Hill House loop. OK run, not too sprightly. Nice sunny afternoon and not too hot.

Run from Woodlands to Tilli, then up The Law via the Glen. Felt much better climbing today, ran whole climb apart from the steep bit above the bridge. Big contrast to the uphill struggles on AS on Thursday. Headed to Ben Cleuch via the south gully snow patch which was still hanging in there. Dropped over the back to the tunnel patch on the burn between Cleuch & Buck then headed over to run down Ben Buck Burn (1patch) then across to the final patch on the Ben Ever Burn, a site I'd never been to before. Climbed up to Ben Ever then spotted Tracey and Hanna coming from Wood Hill just as I was about to turn right off the ridge so headed across to meet them. Walked down with them but not until climbing Ben Ever again! Such a glorious day, sunny, blue skies, not too hot.

Ran the 'easy' route with Kev up the bog, pipers, nether, tourist descent, dasses & crags. No breaks like usual since I was running with Kev which was good, though felt pretty dire on the climbs. Wasn't as if I was trying to take it easy, just felt a bit rubbish. Very dry and a bit breezy.

Run from Tilli up The Law via the Glen then onto Ben Cleuch. Did a loop to the north of Ben Cleuch via the remaining snow patches then back to The Law. Caught up Tracey and Hanna around 300m. They'd walked and down The Law, so walked rest of the way with them. Out with Andrea though she departed on way back over Ben Cleuch to run over Wood Hill to finish. Nice weather and clear which was a bonus. Warm by the end.
